• Logging in with an unclaimed username registers a new user.


• Usernames must be lowercase.
• Usernames must begin with a letter.
• Usernames must be between 6 and 30 characters.
• Usernames can only contain letters, numbers, and underscores.


• Passwords must be 7 or more characters.

Multifactor Authentication

Multifactor authentication is an additional, optional security step that helps protect your account. When you enable multifactor authentication, you'll be shown a secret key and a bar code which represents that secret key. You can use a compatible authentication app like Google Authenticator, Authy, or FreeOTP to register the secret key.

Once registered, you will be required to enter a one-time code from your authentication app in addition to your password when signing in. This code is valid for 30 seconds and is generated by your authentication app using the secret key.

You can also save, print, and store that secret key to recover your account if you've forgotten your password. Since we don't store your password or your email address, this is the only way to recover your account!
